Shipping and Order Policies
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Orders typically arrive at your doorstep in 1-2 weeks. This can take a bit longer for custom orders that take 2-3 weeks depending on shipping and production as well can vary depending on shipping delays and international customs.
For orders under our minimum order amount we do have a shipping rate that will be added for North America and Australia. Larger orders may qualify for free shipping, if so this indicated during checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the following countries: UK, Australia, Canada and USA.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LoudCup is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@theloudcup.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. We are unable to accept returns if the LoudCup has been removed from its packaging.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@theloudcup.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
DISCOUNTS and PROMOTIONS
You can only have one discount per order. We do not allow discount codes or promos to be stacked. Only one discount or promo can be applied during your order.
Sometimes there are automatic discounts added to your purchase if those items qualify, if you add a discount code, it will remove the discount that was applied. Note that not all items qualify for discounting (such as custom or wholesale cups/items) and only applicable orders or items will work with the promotions or discount codes.
Additionally please note that many promotions are time sensitive and we cannot match discounting for past promotions, discount code stacking or invalid discount codes.
PAYMENT PROCESSING AND TAX
Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase. We are only able to accept the payment forms listed in the cart during checkout. These include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club credit cards. As well as PayPal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
During your order process, once you have entered your shipping address the applicable taxes will be applied to your order. These are required sales taxes fees and based on the shipping and billing locations selected. They are required to be added to your order.
Note: If you are purchasing from the USA our company is based in Canada so if you notice any restrictions during purchase we advise you contact your bank to ensure that international transactions are permitted on your account. These are rare, but we wanted to note this here for you.
