Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative Jr. Designer and Marketing Coordinator join our team. This role combines marketing strategy with hands-on creation of visually appealing and compelling digital and physical assets. You will design seasonal printed cups, email campaigns, and digital content used by sales, growth, and wholesale teams. Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand identity and growing our company. You will also be taking on other new responsibilities as our company grows and will be an integral part of our building our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Seasonal Printed Cup Designs: Create unique, on-brand designs for limited-edition seasonal cups, from concept to completion. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep our materials fresh and relevant. Coordinate outsourcing when necessary to expand design selection to drive revenue growth.
Email Design and Marketing: Design visually engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns that align with brand guidelines. Collaborate with team members to suggest strategies for retention and engagement. Develop creative content and messaging tailored to target audiences and seasonal sales campaigns.
Marketing Assets: Create high-quality digital assets (banners, graphics, infographics, etc.) and ensure brand consistency across platforms. Offer creative input and suggestion for future asset creation and ideation. Propose and create innovative ideas for licensed products and marketing initiatives.
Sales Assets: Design product catalogs, presentations, and sales sheets for the sales team and wholesale partners. Incorporate sales team input to create materials that enhance brand identity and support growth.
Performance Tracking: Track campaign metrics and provide weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Adjust designs and strategies based on data-driven insights and feedback. Manage time effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2+ year proven experience in digital design, preferably in a similar role or projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva, or Redbubble.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including email campaigns, digital designs and other creative projects.
- Creativity and keen eye for detail while keeping key principles of design in mind.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
